We provide custom production of pressed parts for small batches or individual pieces. Our custom pressed products can be viewed in the photos below. You can view our other products in our e-shop. We can produce mouldings in quantities ranging from a few pieces to dozens of pieces, based on the pattern or drawing provided by you.

Renovation of engines for DKW nz350-1 motorcycles:

– disassembly and cleaning of the engine

– spraying of individual engine parts according to the original

– complete crankshaft repair

– cylinder reboring including piston set replacement

– replacement of all bearings and seals.

– replacement of clutch plates and primary chain

– assembly and adjustment of the engine

Broken or cracked cylinder or engine block pieces and more can be repaired upon agreement…
